We do not guarantee any specific earnings or fixed returns. Your income depends entirely on personal sales performance, direct business efforts, and compliance with statutory Direct Selling regulations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
• Multiple registrations or fake identities per individual are strictly prohibited.

• Commissions are calculated based on our official compensation plan as published on the portal.
• Disbursements are processed on weekly/monthly schedules and are subject to TDS as per applicable Indian Income Tax laws.
• Fraudulent activities such as false recruitment promises, fake referrals, or system manipulation will result in account termination without compensation.

• Users must strictly comply with mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and verify identity with official documents.
• All activities must align with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and applicable Indian legislation.

All content, branding, designs, product images, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary assets of AlphaWear Life Style Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute company assets without prior written consent.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by technical maintenance or server downtime.
• Loss or damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from business operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately upon any breach of these Terms, non-compliance with the Code of Ethics, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, accrued payouts earned through deceptive or fraudulent means will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted directly on our official website, and continued use of the services constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or arbitrations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Malda, West Bengal, India.
