Intellectual Property Policy

All trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, packaging designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, and website content belonging to AlphaWear Life Style Pvt. Ltd. are proprietary assets of the Company.

No person or entity may:

• Copy or reproduce Company materials.
• Modify or distribute Company content.
• Register confusingly similar marks.
• Use Company branding without explicit written approval.

Direct Sellers may only use officially approved marketing materials provided by the Company and shall not create unauthorized advertisements, promotional tools, or branding assets.

The Company expressly reserves all rights relating to current and future trademark registrations, copyrights, designs, proprietary media, and other intellectual property rights worldwide.
