1. Appointment
The Company appoints the Distributor as a non-exclusive independent distributor to promote and sell its products and services.
2. Nature of Relationship
- Distributor is NOT an employee of the Company.
- Operates strictly on an independent business basis.
- No employer-employee relationship exists between the parties.
3. Compensation
Distributor will earn income based on:
- Direct Referral Income
- Level Income
- Bonuses (Family / Travel)
All earnings are based strictly on actual product/service sales performance, not on recruitment alone.
4. No Income Guarantee
The Company does NOT guarantee any fixed income. All earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance and business activities.
5. Code of Conduct
Distributor expressly agrees:
- Not to mislead customers regarding products or business opportunities.
- Not to make false or exaggerated income claims.
- Not to misuse Company branding, logo, or trademark materials.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments will be processed on a weekly or monthly cycle.
- All disbursements are subject to applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and statutory deductions.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately in cases of misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.
8. Compliance
Distributor agrees to strictly comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and all applicable Indian laws.
9. Confidentiality
Distributor shall not disclose or misuse any company business strategies, proprietary data, or trade secrets.
10. Acceptance
By signing below, the Distributor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
